TERMS & CONDITIONS, DEPOSITS, ENROLMENT & REFUNDS

  

By paying a deposit/booking fee with Call of BeautyAcademy, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions:

  

• You will be allocated a place on the course once the deposit is paid

• By paying the deposit you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions

• It is your responsibility to find out what requirements your council have in order to get a treatment license

• In the event of a student failing to attend the confirmed course, or complete the course for any reason other than the unlikely event that the course is cancelled by the school, no refunds of training fees already paid or deposits will be made back to the student and no entitlement to a later-date course will be granted.

• A deposit / booking fee is required to secure your place onto the course and the remaining balance for the training is to be paid no later than 7 days before attending the course. This is to protect my business from loss of earnings due to potential last minute cancellations.

• Deposits, booking fees and course payments are non-refundable / non transferable at all.

• Students will not be accepted on the commencement date unless full payment of fees has been made.

• A student is accepted for enrolment and subject to the conditions that the student will attend on the commencement date.

• You acknowledge and agree that all course material, program material, the Training Prospectus and copies of such and all intellectual property rights in such materials (including but not limited to copyright) are our property. Neither you nor your substitute delegate will copy the whole or any part of those materials without our prior written consent.

• We reserve the right to reject you from attending a course where we reasonably suspect that you are under the influence of drugs and / or alcohol, without incurring any liability to you.

• We reserve the right to cancel any course. Our liability to you will be limited to a full refund of the course fees paid by you. For the avoidance of doubt, we will not be responsible for other losses, costs and expenses you may have incurred including but not limited to travel costs, model fees, wages and loss of earnings.

• Where we cancel a course for any reason whatsoever, we will attempt to notify you as soon as possible in writing or by telephone or by email, as appropriate.

• All course contents, their elements and fees are subject to change without any prior notice to Students at the discretion of the Academy.

• Children are not allowed at the training venue.

• Mobile phones must be switched off in the training rooms at all times.

• After the course you will have 3 months to complete any assignments / case studies

  

ATTENDANCE & ACHIEVEMENT

 

• Students must have a 100% attendance

• Classes will commence promptly at the published times, irrespective of whether all students are present. Classes will not be delayed to wait for latecomers, and teachers are not responsible for repeating work missed.

• Paying for and/or attending a course fully does not guarantee qualification, diploma or certificate of achievement. Awards of achievement are gained by the successful fulfilment of the criteria set out by Jamie-Leigh

 

 

REFUND POLICY

No refunds on digital products or physical training.
