Terms of Service
When booking an appointment with Call of Beauty, you will be asked to agree to all of the terms and conditions listed below.
I hereby authorise Jamie-Leigh to perform upon myself a permanent cosmetic/medical enhancement. If any unforeseen conditions arise during the course of the procedure(s) I further request and authorise her to use her full judgement and do whatever she deems advisable and necessary in the circumstances.
I confirm that I am 18 years old or over.
I understand that Jamie-Leigh has the right to refuse any treatment to any patient for any reason.
I accept responsibility for determining the colour, shape and position of the enhancement as agreed during my consultation.
I understand that a sensitivity test for pigment does not guarantee that I will not have an allergic response. I am aware that allergic reactions to pigment are rare and therefore accept all responsibility if an allergic response does occur.
I am aware that a sensitivity reaction to anaesthetics can occur and therefore accept all responsibility if a sensitivity reaction does occur.
I fully understand and accept that non-toxic pigments are used during the procedure and that the cosmetic enhancement treatment may fade over the course of two – three years. I understand that even though the colour might fade, the pigment will stay in the skin indefinitely and may leave a light residue of colour.
I accept and understand that Call of Beauty meets the highest hygiene standards, and that sterile disposable needles are used for each individual client, procedure and visit.
I understand and accept that each procedure is a process requiring multiple applications of pigments to achieve desirable results, and that 100% success cannot be guaranteed.
I understand that pigment can migrate under the skin although this is a rare occurrence.
I understand that a cosmetic/medical enhancement is an invasive procedure and that the infusion process can therefore be uncomfortable.
I am aware that the result of the procedure is determined by the following factors:
Medication that I am currently taking and/or have taken in the past.
Skin characteristics – i.e. dry/oily/sun-damaged.
Natural skin undertones.
Alcohol intake and smoking habits.
General stress.
A compromised and/or weak immune system.
A poor diet.
Post procedure care treatment.
I have been advised that upon completion of the procedure there may be swelling and/or redness of the skin, which should subside within 1-30 days dependant on lifestyle habits and correct aftercare. In some cases, bruising can occur. I have been advised that I can resume normal activities immediately following the procedure. However, using cosmetic materials, prolonged exposure to water, excessive perspiration and exposure to the sun should be limited for up to two weeks following the infusion process.
I understand that immediately after the procedure, the enhancement can be 30-50% darker than the desired result and can take between 4-10 days to lighten. I understand that the true colour should be visible after one month of each application, and that the colour may vary according to skin tone, skin type, age and skin condition. I understand that some skin types accept colour more readily than other and that no guarantee of an exact effect or colour can be given.
I understand that there are few effective methods for pigment removal.
I agree to inform my doctor of my permanent cosmetic enhancement if I require an MRI scan within three months after undergoing any cosmetic treatment.
To my knowledge I do not have any physical, mental or medical impairment and/or disability that may affect my well-being as a direct or indirect result of my decision to have a cosmetic procedure.
I confirm that I am not under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
I understand that if I do not allow the practitioner to complete the procedure, I accept all responsibility for the impending result.
For the purpose of documentation, I consent to the taking of “before” and “after” photographs for said procedure(s).
I understand that every client heals differently.
I understand that this is an elective procedure and is not medically necessary. If heavy make-up is required then I accept that I may require additional work, which I understand is chargeable.
I agree to strictly adhere to the typed after-care instructions given to me, and only use the after-care products given and/or recommend to me by the practitioner. I understand that complications are possible, particularly if post-procedure aftercare instructions are not followed correctly. I confirm that if I get an infection post-procedure, I will visit my Doctor immediately and fully accept that it could be due to the fact that I do not live in a sterile environment.
I agree to contact the technician before any third parties if I have any queries or concerns regarding the procedure.
I accept that pigment should stay visible in the skin for up to two years (and, in some cases, indefinitely). I also understand, and accept, that lighter colours will fade quicker than darker colours and that pigment colour may change with time.
I acknowledge that if I ever have Botox or collagen treatments that the position of the eyebrows could be affected.
I understand that future laser treatments or other skin altering procedures, such as plastic surgery, chemical peels, implants, and/or injectable may alter my semi-permanent make-up.
I understand that semi-permanent make-up fades over time and that annual retouches may be required in order to refresh the colour at any given time. The speed at which semi-permanent make-up fades depends on medication, skin characteristics (i.e. dry/oil/sun damaged), natural skin undertones, a compromised and/or weakened immune system, poor diet, excessive sun exposure (including sunbeds), chemical peels and hormone changes.
I confirm that I have had a patch test and have reported no reaction to topical anaesthetic and/or pigments.
I understand that all prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Privacy Statement
Call of Beauty recognises that personal privacy is an important issue and therefore adheres to the privacy policies in line with UK legislation.
Any personal information gathered through the website or through paperwork signed at the clinic will be used only for insurance, medical purposes or for NHS Track & Trace. We hereby declare that we do not sell, license or trade your personal information to third parties. We also declare that we do not distribute your personal information to marketing companies or other such organisations.
The pages of this website use cookies for security purposes. These cookies are not used to capture or store personal information for any purpose other than to authenticate the user and are deleted as soon as a session is terminated. Information about the pages visited by logged-in users is stored for statistical analysis purposes, but individual usage patterns are not monitored.
Finally, we maintain logs of the website’s server activity. These log files include the IP address of every computer used to access callofbeautycosmetics.co.uk. The log files are solely used to analyse usage of callofbeautycosmetics.co.uk.

Correction / Cover Up Work
I understand that I must inform Call Of Beauty of any previous pigment in the skin before I make an appointment with the company. I understand that if I arrive on the day of the procedure in need of corrective work without telling the company then Call of Beauty reserves the right to turn me away and I will be charged 50% of the treatment cost including deposit paid. If cover up work is possible I understand an additional £100 is payable on the day of the appointment due to the procedure being more complex, time consuming and more product usage involved than with Virgin brows. I also understand that if the end result is not what I had hoped, this is not the fault of Call of Beauty because I had existing pigment in the skin from a previous technician and opted to have further treatment done by Call of Beauty despite discussing removal options. No refunds.
Cancellation Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment and failure to give 48 hours’ notice of a cancellation or rearrangement of an appointment will waive your rights to using your deposit towards a different appointment. In addition. DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
I confirm I have read the Terms and Conditions of Call of Beauty at the checkout before paying my deposit.
I acknowledge that paying a deposit/booking fee to Call of Beauty confirms that I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the company.
Refund policy
NO CASH REFUNDS. If a refund is to be issued it will be at my discretion as the business owner and only in the form of in house vouchers to be spent with Call of Beauty.
➢ If you have paid in full in advance of your appointment and for any reason your appointmentcan’t go ahead when you arrive, you are only eligible for a refund to the value of the treatment – (minus) the deposit via in house vouchers only to protect my business from loss of earnings.
➢ A refund is not permissible at all after 28 days of paying for treatment.
Offers and Promotions
We may, from time-to-time, run Promotions and these may take the form of offers, prize draws, competitions or other form of Promotion, or a combination of any of these. The particular form of Promotion will be described, and full details set out, in the communications (such as e-mails, computer pop-ups, social media posts) We issue to tell you about each Promotion.
Each Promotion will automatically close at the end of the relevant Promotion Period, at which point no further participation in that Promotion will be possible. Where no Promotion Period is specified the relevant Promotion will end when it is discontinued by Call of Beauty
Any treatments that are booked prior to an offer / promotion being launched will not be included under the offer / promotion.
Any treatments that are booked prior to an offer / promotion being launched and then cancelled and rebooked under an offer / promotion will loose the deposit for the original booking and then have to pay a further deposit for the new booking.
Offers can not be used towards the cover up / correction of previous pigment from other artists as this is more complex to do than a Virgin set of Eyebrows. It is more time consuming and involves more things to be done to the brows to ensure the best possible results
Promotional offers are only valid for the promotional periods stated by the offer, please do not use this outside of the promotional period. “Jan20” & “Jan25” promotional codes are only for appointments booked to take place in January 2023.
Vouchers
Vouchers are valid for 12 months only. Date of expiration will be known when issued.
If the voucher is high value, it can be used multiple times towards lower costing treatments.
Deposits / booking fees
• Deposits are a booking fee. They are non refundableunder any circumstance. If you cancel your appointment entirely without rebooking, your deposit is lost so please read the time scales below.
➢ If you need to reschedule your appointment and give more than 72 hours notice, your deposit / booking feeis transferable. Meaning you can rebook your appointment via the booking system link on your confirmation email.
➢ If you need to reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, you lose the deposit / booking feeentirely meaning a new deposit would need to be paid via a new booking.
➢ If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, at the time of booking you are agreeing to make a further payment of 50% of the treatment price (including deposit) of the original treatment price to protect my business from loss of earnings.
➢ If you booked under a promotional offer, the discount will no longer be valid on your future booking if there’s a late cancellation in line with the above.
➢ For complimentary 4-6 week top ups, if you fail to give 48 hours notice when cancelling, a £50 charge will be applied when you do attend for your rescheduled top up. (Charges are based on duration and service from last appointment). This charge is toprotect my business again from loss of earnings. By a client cancelling under short notice a complimentarytop up, it highly unlikely I will be able to fill the space with another client due to patch testing restrictions. And by the client then needing to rebook to another day and time, this is also taking up another appointment that another client could have had.
➢ A maximum of 1 rescheduled appointment is allowedwith notice periods outlined above applied. Any additional rescheduled appointments will mean you forfeit your booking fee / deposit, complimentary top ups and any promotional offers.
➢ When rescheduling appointments, they can only be rescheduled within 2 months of your original appointment date.
➢ In the event we need to cancel your appointment, your booking fee will be transferred to a new available appointment.
You must arrive on time to your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit / booking fee will automatically be lost and again you are consenting to paying 50% of the treatment price. If you want to rebook, a new booking would need to be made with a new booking fee / deposit.
If you attend your appointment and you decide not to go ahead with the Semi permanent makeup procedure or if we can’t agree on the desired pre-draw of the brows then a fee of £60 in addition to your booking fee will become payable on the day of your appointment to cover my time and any products used.
NO SHOWS – failure to attend your appointment without any contact will automatically result in loss of your booking fee / deposit. You also agree at the time of booking to make a further payment of 50% of the treatment price (including deposit) of the original treatment price to protect my business from loss of earnings. and we will no longer honour you as a client again.
Continual abuse of my time and business which includes continual lateness, numerous reschedules / cancellations or any time of disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and as a consequence will result in a cease of our working relationship and no future appointments will be honoured with Call of Beauty.
Whilst we appreciate life circumstances can get in the way of plans, these policies are in place to protect my business and by booking with Call of Beauty you agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Academy T&Cs
• If you book onto a face to face training course a £100 deposit is required to secure your place onto the course and the remaining balance due is to be paid no later than 7 days before attending the course again this is to protect my business from loss of earnings due to last minute cancellations and it gives me enough time to re-advertise a cancellation / space available on the course to any potential students.
• Deposits are non refundable/ non transferable under any circumstances. In the event of a student failing to attend the confirmed course or complete the course for any reason other than the unlikely even that the course is cancelled by the academy, no refunds of any fees will be issued and no entitlement to a later-date course will be granted with the fees paid. The student would need to rebook on to a new date with a new deposit and new fees to pay.
